- *Manages overall Lotus Notes 8.5, LN Connections and Office 2007
training plan (for all phases of training strategy, design, development,
delivery/logistics and post evaluation) *
- *Develops and confirms training strategy and ensures approach meets
business/ user requirements *
- *Proactively escalates issues and mitigating actions, risks and
opportunities in a timely manner to the OR Lead for resolution *
- *Participates in program meetings, reports weekly status to OR Lead,
