Multiple Vacancies of Java / Strong Banking Experience Required / Face to Face Needed

 

 

Position: Java Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

 

Required Experience:

 

Minimum 6+ years of experience

Strong in core Java and frameworks like Hibernate, Spring.

Strong RDBMS experience (Oracle 10g).

Hands-on experience with real time communication products like Tibco EMS/JMS.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of distributed caches like TangoSol, GemFire is a plus.

Previous experience on Risk management/reporting systems is a plus.

 

 

Required Skills:

 

Java, Shell Scripts, Linux/UNIX

 

• Sybase RDBMS

• Good communication skills; history working with traders in an investment banking environment

• Experience with credit and/or fixed income derivative products

• Strong team player, collaborative

• Persistence - ability to get things done

• Experience or interest in Agile development
