Position Title *Salesforce.com Techno/Functional Consultant
Location Palo Alto, CA

The Salesforce.com Techno/Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, engineering, and implementation of all the Salesforce.com integrations with Oracle. The candidate should have technical skills in development and customization of salesforce.com integrations and have excellent business analysis skills.
Responsibilities
* Actively participate and lead workshops to understand and document data and salesforce.com system integration requirements
* Design and develop integrations and conversions based on the Salesforce.com application
* Lead the execution and documentation of testing efforts (unit, system and performance)
* Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis
* Participate and work collaboratively with team members, both onshore and offshore
* Supervise others and ensure quality deliverables of the integration team
* Conduct requirements gathering sessions, gap analysis
Experience
* 3-5 years of experience implementing Salesforce.com (5-7 years of total application integration experience)
* Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com
o force.com
o APEX programming
o S-Controls
o AppExchange applications
o Workflows
* Strong business analysis skills
* Completed multiple full life-cycle Salesforce.com implementations (preferably PRM)
* Minimum 2 years experience integrating SFDC with enterprise apps like Oracle and Siebel
* Must have middleware tools experience: Oracle Fusion, Tibco, Informatica
* Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools, Scrum certification preferred
* Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents and developing test cases
* Experienced in leading and managing others on a team
* DESIRED: Technical background with C++, C#, Java, XML, .NET, etc
* DESIRED: Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools (OBIEE, SAS, Business Objects, etc.)
Education
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* DESIRED: SFDC certification
