Consultant Role: Technical & Functional (See below)
Project Description: Client is rolling out Kronos to several of their newspaper companies.
Required Skills
· Kronos Workforce Central versions 5.1, 5.2
· Ability to build, modify interfaces in Kronos Connect using XML API to properly import employee demographic data from PeopleSoft into Kronos.
· Thorough knowledge of advanced configuration for Pay Rules with emphasis on Wage Profiles, Majorities, Bonuses, Deductions, Call-in, Shift pays.
· Experienced in reviewing highly complex union contracts and working with the customer to translate the contract into accurate configuration of Connect Interfaces and pay rules.
Other skills preferred, but not required:
· Kronos Workforce Central versions 6.x
· Kronos Record Manager 5.x, 6.x
· Custom reports for Kronos (Crystal v.10)
· PeopleSoft 8.9
